MOHAMMED ALAQEEL Managing Partner

Mohammed Al-Aqeel, Managing Partner of MOHAMMED ALAQEEL & Co, leads the firm’s strategy, team, and key client relations. Before founding the firm, he worked with a major international law firm and served as Legal Board Advisor to the Saudi National Water Company.
He holds multiple local and international certifications, including from Cambridge Regional College (UK), and memberships such as the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Saudi Bar Association.
Mr. Al-Aqeel has extensive experience advising on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, ensuring effective legal structuring and alignment between boards and executive management.

Abdullah is a highly regarded legal expert with extensive experience in corporate finance, business structuring, reorganizations, and company formation. He is trusted by clients for ensuring legal compliance and for his strong skills in drafting complex agreements across diverse sectors, including matters involving high-net-worth individuals.

ABDULLAH ALSHURIMI Founding Partner

Abdullah’s practice spans all aspects of transactional and litigation matters. He has considerable experience in dealing with corporate and commercial issues, including commercial transactions and contracts and also managing property funds set up and clearance. Abdullah is recognized as a prominent player in setting and developing most strategic and complex transactions in the real estate market.

Dr. WASSIM ABOU NADER

Wassim is a Legal Advisor registered with the Saudi Bar Association and the General Administration of Lawyers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with expertise in corporate, commercial, banking, and construction law. He advises on M&A, joint ventures, project development, contracts, and construction, recognized for blending strong legal knowledge with a practical commercial approach. With international experience in Paris and London, he later became a partner in regional law firms before joining Mohammed Al-Aqeel & Co. Wassim holds a PhD in Banking Law from Pantheon-Assas University and has taught law in France and Beirut.

BASSEL TOHME

Bassel a Legal Advisor registered with the Saudi Bar Association and the General Administration of Lawyers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabiahandles a broad range of corporate and commercial matters for renowned national and international companies. With his extensive experience in this field, he has advised on many agreements and cross-border transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, companies’ incorporation, joint venture structuring and project development. Bassel also focuses on litigation and arbitration matters for local and international clients.

MOHAMMED GAD

Mohammed Jad a Legal Advisor registered with the Saudi Bar Association and the General Administration of Lawyers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with extensive experience since 2012 in handling complex cases before various levels of courts. He is skilled in dispute resolution negotiations and provides innovative legal solutions to both corporate and individual clients. Mohammed excels in drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as delivering legal consultations to semi-governmental entities, combining precise legal understanding with a practical vision that safeguards clients’ interests and strengthens their legal standing.
