Contracts

As contractual relationships become increasingly complex with the integration of the local market into the global market, it has become necessary for us to adapt by providing legal drafting for client activity contracts and agreements. This spans from ethical agreements like Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), to drafting specialized contracts that distinguish our expertise in certain activities, such as FIDIC contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), franchise agreements, and others.

  • Providing legal review of operation and management contracts for a client in the hospitality and services sector, based on protocols for official delegations and ceremonies.

  • Legal review of contracts for supplying equipment and devices from China to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, valued at over SAR 200 million, in accordance with Letters of Credit (LCs) and ensuring compliance with foreign governing laws outside the Kingdom.

  • Providing legal review for representing Saudi nationals subject to Saudi regulations regarding the management of their assets in the United Kingdom, valued at over GBP 40 million.

  • Drafting a partnership agreement between a Saudi company licensed in cement extraction and an international partner to enhance production lines, with founding capital exceeding SAR 325 million.

  • Drafting an Istisna’a contract for the financial restructuring for a factory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, valued at over SAR 200 million, in coordination with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) and financing entities.

  • Drafting an exclusive distribution agreement in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the agency of an automobile company, establishing legal frameworks for annual sales targets and service centers, in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce.

  • Drafting an investment contract for real estate development with a company in the petroleum stations sector for construction and operation, with an annual value exceeding SAR 12 million.

  • Drafting the contractual relationship for establishing a water plant within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and obtaining necessary licenses from the relevant authorities, with a value exceeding SAR 50 million.
